How the numbers are made
Every calculator uses the formula printed on its own page, and lists its assumptions (depth of discharge, efficiencies, loss factors) under the result. If you disagree with an assumption, you can see exactly where it enters the calculation.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help research and draft guides. Calculator figures are never produced by AI: they come from the code on each page. Every page is reviewed and approved by an editor before it is published, and is not changed by AI after that.
How the site is paid for
